“Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil walketh about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren who are in the world.“
What does this verse mean? Be awake, be aware, the devil is a work in the world. Keep your mind on the word of God (The Bible). Stay focused on walking in the light of the words of the Bible, just as Jesus did. Jesus has taught us how to live as servants of God. Do not listen to the thoughts of the devil, resist, using the word of God.
