“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”
What is the “Fruit of the Spirit”? When a person has accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, Jesus sends The Holy Spirit to live inside that person. So the “Fruit” of the Holy Spirit as stated in Galatians 5:22 is the outpouring results and actions of that person who is now indwelt with the Holy Spirit.
In Christianity, the “fruit of the Spirit” refers to a collection of nine positive character traits, including love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, as mentioned in the Bible in Galatians 5:22-23; they represent the positive qualities that should be evident in a person who is living according to the Holy Spirit.
