Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were famous characters in the Bible not only because they were thrown into the blazing furnace and went out safe but because of their faithfulness to God. When they were thrown, with full confidence, claimed that their God will save them but it was not in their trust on their living God that made them faithful but the authenticity of their faith as written in the book of Daniel 3:18, “But EVEN IF He does not, we want you to know, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”

It is not an act of doubt but of genuine trust to the extending power of God, and we all knew that there was another in the fire standing next to them. Today, despite the fact that you can’t see God moving in your life, please bear in mind that whatever fiery furnace you will enter; there will always be another in the fire, because before you even decided to be faithful to Him, He was already faithful to you.
